True Peptides wants customers to have clear information about our order and refund procedures.

Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on whether the order has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled through the normal cancellation process.

Returns

Because certain products may be sensitive to storage, handling, contamination, or other conditions, returns may be restricted depending on the product and applicable law.

Before sending any product back, customers must contact Support@true-peptuores.shop and obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the refund results from an error attributable to True Peptides or otherwise required by applicable law.
